Hello, my name is Alain Rossi also known as Uncle A. I'm the founder & ambassador of Italianbay Kitchen & few other projects. I've trained in Italy, Switzerland & London. I love humble custom dedicated hospitality by serving locally, nationally & internationally.
THE BEGINNING
My roots are from Sicily, Piemonte, Emilia Romagna & Molise. My memories are set on the Lake Maggiore, St. Moritz, London, Forli', Arenella, Scicli, Fontane Bianche, Pisciotto & Ortigia, the historic heart of Syracuse, an UNESCO World Heritage site.
